Job Description

Hubops is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing IT sales team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B sales, managing the complete end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to deal closure. This role involves promoting Hubops’ IT services and developing long-term business relationships through regular client interactions and site visits.

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new B2B business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Manage the complete sales process, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build a strong understanding of Hubops’ IT service offerings — including SaaS, DaaS, mobile and web application development, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings and on-site visits in the Ahmedabad region to drive engagement and sales conversions.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key business clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication, project handovers, and customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in B2B IT sales or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services and digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts and close deals independently.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Ahmedabad for client meetings and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
