We cater to a diverse clientele, including MG Motors India, Shoppers Stop Hyundai Glovis and others. Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting Skills Caravan’s innovative LXP solutions. If you are passionate about EdTech, SaaS sales, and corporate learning, this role is perfect for you! Key Responsibilities: ● Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound prospecting. ● Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR leaders, and L&D professionals through cold calling. ● Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. ● Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups. ● Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies. ● Participate in events, webinars, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads. Required Qualifications & Skills: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. ● 0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or B2B sales). ● Strong communication, negotiation, english speaking and presentation skills. ● Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. ● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
