Content & Customer Engagement Executive

The Content & Customer Engagement Executive position based in Sikanderpur, Gurgaon (WFO, 5 days a week) requires a creative and detail-oriented professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Your role will involve creating engaging video content utilizing AI tools, editing videos, and collaborating with clients to enhance user engagement on the SkillsCaravan platform. Your key responsibilities will include developing short-form and long-form video content through AI-based tools, editing videos with transitions, subtitles, and effects, incorporating voiceovers (AI-generated or recorded) to enrich the video content, creating visual assets for marketing and learning purposes, as well as working closely with clients to organize engagement activities and address client queries on the SkillsCaravan platform. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting engagement metrics to enhance content and campaign effectiveness. To excel in this role, you should possess basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc., and be familiar with AI content creation tools like Synthesia, Invideo, Canva, etc. Strong creative and storytelling skills, effective communication abilities to engage with clients, and a willingness to learn new tools and experiment with various formats are essential for this position. Preferred qualifications for this role include basic graphic design skills, as well as proficiency in MS Excel. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.,
