of all things sales

Key Responsibilities
● Conduct outbound and inbound calls, emails, and other outreach activities to generate new leads
and sales opportunities.
● Present and explain company products/services to potential customers effectively.
● Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
● Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM software.
●
● Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.
● Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and activity targets.● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, strategies, and outreach
campaigns.
● Provide feedback from prospects to improve products, services, and customer experience.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
● Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role at least 1-2 years.
● Strong communication and persuasion skills.
● Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain a high level of motivation.
● Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
● Goal-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Strong organizational and time and management skills
