Job Description:

UNext Learning is hiring target-driven Academic Counsellors with minimum 6 months experience in cold calling / tele sales. The role involves outbound calling, pitching academic programs, handling objections, and closing enrolments.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls
• Pitch courses and convert leads into sales
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements

• 6+ months cold calling / sales experience / freshers welcome
• Excellent communication (English & Hindi)
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with pressure and targets
