Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Administrative Assistant. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks for the company 3 executives (CEO, CTO, Chief Architect), providing high-level support to executives, and ensuring smooth operational functions within the organization. Responsibilities will include maintaining schedules, managing phone and email communication, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling clerical tasks to support the executive team’s objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance Excellent Communication skills and strong Phone Etiquette Competence in Clerical Skills, including organization, scheduling, and managing documentation Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and time management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools Prior experience supporting leadership in an administrative capacity is advantageous
