Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through

  outbound calling, emails, and digital channels

• Engage with prospective customers to understand their business needs
• Schedule and conduct

  product/business demos

  for ERP or SaaS solutions
• Present solutions clearly and confidently to decision-makers
• Maintain and update lead and opportunity data in CRM systems and spreadsheets
• Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams for smooth handovers
• Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
• Meet assigned

  weekly/monthly activity and lead targets

Requried Skills & Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in

  Business Development / Inside Sales / Lead Generation

• Experience in

  outbound

  calling and customer interaction

• Prior exposure to

  NetSuite products

  is preferred (or experience with other ERP applications or SaaS products)
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to understand business processes and articulate value propositions
• Comfortable working in a

  fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling or supporting

  ERP / SaaS / Enterprise Software solutions

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
• Basic understanding of business domains such as finance, supply chain, or operations (good to have)
