Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR)

The role focuses on identifying potential customers, reaching out to them through outbound and inbound channels, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Handle inbound leads and qualify them based on defined criteria
  • Understand customer requirements and communicate product value clearly
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM
  • Follow up consistently to move prospects through the pipeline
  • Meet monthly activity and lead qualification targets


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1–4 years of experience in

    B2B SaaS sales

    as an SDR or BDR
  • Hands-on experience with cold calling and outbound outreach
  • Good understanding of SaaS sales cycles and lead qualification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
