Who You Are

You are a high-performing SaaS sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing deals in the North American mid-market segments. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable working independently, and are willing to operate in PST business hours to maximize your impact. If you have experience selling cybersecurity products, that’s a huge plus!


What You’ll Do

  • Own outbound lead generation across EMEA and US markets through cold emails, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and account-based prospecting.
  • Identify, research, and engage target accounts (SMB & Mid-Market) to generate qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Execute personalized, high-quality outbound sequences aligned with ICPs such as CTOs, CISOs, Security Heads, and Engineering Leaders.
  • Qualify prospects using structured discovery frameworks before handing off Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to Account Executives.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly outbound targets (meetings booked, pipeline generated).
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategies for EMEA & US.
  • Continuously test and optimize outreach copy, cadences, and channels to improve conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and Astra’s product offerings to hold informed, value-driven conversations with prospects.


What You Bring

  • 2–4+ years of experience in outbound SaaS sales, preferably as a BDR/SDR.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through cold outreach in EMEA and/or US markets.
  • Strong cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting skills.
  • Comfort working in PST / EMEA business hours to align with target geographies
  • Interest in cybersecurity or prior experience selling cybersecurity/DevOps/IT products is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, curiosity, resilience, and a high level of self-motivation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment
