Job Summary
Grover & Grover Advocates (GAG Lawyers) is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support the firm’s growth by generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and strengthening the firm’s market presence. The role involves strategic outreach, client acquisition, and coordination with legal teams to convert prospects into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition Identify and develop new business opportunities for the firm across litigation, advisory, and corporate legal services. Generate leads through calls, emails, meetings, networking events, references, and digital platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, individuals, consultants, and referral partners. Arrange client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups in coordination with partners and senior advocates. Market Research & Strategy Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and emerging legal service demands. Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies for improving market positioning. Assist in preparing business proposals, fee quotations, and engagement letters. Marketing & Brand Support Support marketing initiatives such as website content coordination, social media outreach, seminars, webinars, and legal awareness programs. Coordinate with external vendors for branding, digital marketing, and promotional activities (if required). Maintain updated databases of prospects, clients, and ongoing engagements.
