About the Role

Tvarana Software Solutions is looking for a dynamic Sales Lead to help drive our growth in the Indian market. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong B2B technology services experience who is ready to take the next step in leading sales initiatives, owning client relationships, and contributing directly to our India expansion story.

Key Responsibilities

•       Drive business development and sales activities for ERP and technology services in India.

•       Identify and nurture new opportunities in ERP and technology services.

•       Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

•       Own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting, qualification, proposals, to closure.

•       Meet and exceed assigned revenue and pipeline targets.

•       Report sales forecasts and performance to senior sales leadership.

•       Coordinate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

•       Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting in CRM systems.

 

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

5–7 years

•       Proven success in hunting new business and closing deals in competitive markets.

•       Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles.

•       Solid understanding of the Indian enterprise technology ecosystem.

•       Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
