Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage with walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing.
Maintain updated product knowledge and current promotions.
Prepare and process sales invoices and receipts.
Follow up with customers for repeat business and referrals.
Maintain the showroom’s cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangements.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

Requirements

Graduate Preferred.
Prior experience in retail/showroom sales preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, confidence, and customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
