We are expanding our team and looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can drive growth, build client relationships, and contribute to our scaling journey.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Hunt and acquire new clients through cold outreach, networking, and partnerships.
🔹 Identify opportunities in Salesforce, web, and mobile app development.
🔹 Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve targets.
🔹 Conduct meetings (virtual & in-person) and deliver presentations.
🔹 Negotiate, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
🔹 Collaborate with the technical team for seamless delivery.
🔹 Track all sales activities using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
✔ 2+ years of proven experience in IT/Software Services sales.
✔ Salesforce sales experience = Big Plus.
✔ Strong skills in lead generation, pitching, and closing deals.
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
✔ Familiarity with CRM tools & LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and independent.
