Job Description

As a Business Development and Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving sales for our products and services. You will work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities and manage them through the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted sales campaigns, events, and webinars.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations for potential customers and deliver compelling value propositions that address their needs and pain points.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our internal trackers and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers, and to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Continuously stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and share insights and feedback with the product team to help shape our product roadmap

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in English, Psychology, Commerce, Business, Marketing, Hotel Management, or a related service industry field
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development or sales in service sectors
  • Strong communication, presentation persona, must have a service-oriented mindset with ability to prioritize multiple emails, phone calls, social media and more.
  • Thinking on your feet and problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively to solve customer pain points with our solution.
  • Passion for learning, Education and People Development in general, to learn about the latest trends and technologies in the field.
  • B2B selling and comfortable in talking to senior leadership and executives in top organizations in India and Abroad.

Salary:

Location - Gurgaon (Complete WFO).
