- You’ll work with high-intent, deanonymized inbound traffic - these are prospects already interested in Fyle but who haven’t converted yet.
- You’ll craft personalized outreach, refine messaging, and design processes to convert this traffic into demo requests and revenue.
- As the first BDR hire, you’ll have a direct impact on Fyle’s revenue growth and a clear career path to grow into team leadership.

Qualifications
Must-Have:
- ~3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR role or similar sales function.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Comfort with modern sales and marketing tools.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in B2B SaaS or selling to SMBs.
- Exposure to marketing automation, lead scoring, or revenue operations.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Chatgpt, Claude, etc.
- Familiarity with automation tools like Clay, n8n etc.
- Familiarity with martech tools like Zoominfo, Hubspot, Smartlead, Instantly etc.
Responsibilities
- Engage Warm Leads: Identify, prioritize, and engage high-intent traffic using website deanonymization tools to convert them into demo requests.
- Book Meetings & Drive Revenue: Be accountable for demo requests generated via warm outbound campaigns and the revenue generated by these efforts.
- Personalize Outreach: Build and execute personalized, relevant outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone, among other channels.
- Collaborate on Workflows: Work closely with marketing, ops, and AEs to optimize lead routing, data enrichment, and automation.
- Experiment & Optimize: Continuously test messaging, channels, and cadences to maximize conversion rates.
- Process Building: Document playbooks and best practices to scale the warm outbound function and eventually onboard future SDRs.
- Leverage AI & Modern Tools: Use AI-driven tools like HubSpot, Smartlead, Clay, and ChatGPT to automate repetitive tasks and scale impact.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track key metrics, analyze performance, and recommend improvements to the process.
