Quantum AI Research Pvt. Ltd. is building cutting-edge AI-powered products designed to boost productivity and efficiency. Our flagship product, QBot, is a smart knowledge management assistant that helps organizations simplify access to document-based knowledge, streamline workflows, and improve decision-making.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and bring in customers for QBot.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Understand client needs, challenges, and map QBot as a solution for their knowledge management and AI integration requirements.
• Conduct product demos and presentations to prospects.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product team to refine sales strategies.
• Achieve sales targets and report progress regularly to management.
• Stay updated with AI, SaaS, and knowledge management industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in SaaS, IT, or AI-driven products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead generation strategies.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Tech-savvy with an interest in AI and productivity tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
