Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS system . Oversee payroll processing , including salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements. Handle attendance and leave management using appropriate tools/software. Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing and screening to coordination and onboarding. Facilitate smooth employee onboarding and induction processes. Maintain and update employee records , files, and personal documents. Prepare and file PF, ESIC, and other statutory challans in compliance with labor laws. Ensure timely adherence to statutory compliance and HR policies. Address employee queries related to HR, payroll, and attendance. Coordinate and support periodic HR audits , internal or external. Assist in performance management processes , employee engagement, and exit formalities. Collaborate with other departments for HR-related requirements. Preferred candidate profile 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and IT recruitment . Prior experience working in an IT Services , Consulting , or Tech-based company preferred. Strong knowledge of payroll processing , attendance management , and HRIS tools . Familiarity with statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.) and HR documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Proficient in MS Excel and HR software/tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks efficiently. Educational background in Human Resources or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). Residing in or willing to relocate to Faridabad . Understanding of responsive design principles. Ability to design and conceptualize architecture.
