Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to schools, corporates, NGOs, and other potential clients for business generation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through face-to-face interactions
• Identify and secure CSR funding opportunities from corporates and institutions
• Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches
• Maintain CRM data, generate MIS reports, and track performance metrics
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue & outreach goals
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project implementation

Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate / BSW / MSW / MBA / PGDM

• (CSR, Fundraising, or Education sector experience preferred)

• Experience: 16 years in Business Development / CSR Fundraising / Institutional Sales

• Passionate about field engagement and networking

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

• Comfortable with extensive travel within Pune and nearby areas

• Own laptop is mandatory
