Job Title: Business Development Executive CSR & Institutional Sales Location: Mumbai, Bangaluru , New Delhi Experience: 3 to 6 Years Industry: Education / CSR / Fundraising Employment Type: Full Time Job Description: Stem Learning Private Limited is looking for dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executives . This is a field-intensive role ideal for professionals who are passionate about CSR, education, and social impact. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to private schools and potential clients for business generation Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, donors, and stakeholders Identify CSR funding opportunities and engage with corporate/institutional partners Develop and present customized proposals and partnership pitches Maintain and update client and lead data through CRM tools Generate MIS reports for management and performance tracking Maintain a comprehensive database of leads, donors, and outreach activities Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and outreach targets Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Candidate Profile: Education: BSW / MSW / MBA / PGDM / Graduate (preferably with CSR, fundraising, or education sector experience) Experience: 3 to 6 years in business development, CSR fundraising, or institutional sales Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Ability to generate and manage MIS reports Willing to travel regularly for field visits Must have own laptop Immediate joiners preferred Why Join Us?
