Our flagship product, QBot , is a smart knowledge management assistant that helps organizations simplify access to document-based knowledge, streamline workflows, and improve decision-making. We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and bring in customers for QBot. Roles & Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach. Understand client needs, challenges, and map QBot as a solution for their knowledge management and AI integration requirements. Conduct product demos and presentations to prospects. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Collaborate with the marketing and product team to refine sales strategies. Achieve sales targets and report progress regularly to management. Stay updated with AI, SaaS, and knowledge management industry trends. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales , preferably in SaaS, IT, or AI-driven products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead generation strategies. Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment. Tech-savvy with an interest in AI and productivity tools.
