Job Description

As a Business Developer at the company, your role will involve generating business leads through various channels such as online bidding, cold calling, email marketing, and social media for services related to web platform, mobile application development, game development, AR/VR development, graphics designing, etc. You will be responsible for converting these leads into successful business deals. Additionally, you are expected to integrate new business development ideas into regular activities. Proficiency in designing and preparing professional documents like solution proposals and product presentations is also a key aspect of the role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. - Hands-on experience in lead generation, business development, and strategic selling. - Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions. - Technical knowledge to identify customer requirements feasibility and propose solutions. - Primary role in generating business leads through online bidding portals, cold calling, email marketing, and social media marketing. - Handle calls with international prospects and clients. - Identify potential new clients and convert them into business opportunities. - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. - Research and establish relationships with new clients. - Develop proposals aligned with client needs, concerns, and objectives. - Independently manage strategic sales tasks with minimal support. - Handle customer objections and present business proposals effectively to ensure sales closure. The remuneration package for this position includes a combination of fixed salary, variable commission/incentives as per company policy.
