Business Development

The Business Developer role involves generating business leads through online bidding, cold calling, email marketing, and social media for services such as web platform, mobile application development, game development, AR/VR development, and graphics designing. Your main responsibility will be to convert these leads into actual business opportunities. In addition, you will be tasked with integrating new business development ideas into the regular activities of the company. To excel in this role, you should be adept at designing and preparing professional documents like solution proposals and product presentations. With at least 1 year of experience, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience in lead generation, business development, and strategic selling is essential. You must be able to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions. Technical knowledge is required to identify the feasibility of customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. The primary focus will be on generating business leads through online bidding portals, cold calling, email marketing, and social media marketing. Handling calls from international prospects and clients will also be part of your responsibilities. Other responsibilities include finding potential new clients, driving the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, building relationships with clients, developing proposals tailored to client needs, and managing sales tasks independently. Handling customer objections, presenting business proposals effectively, and ensuring successful sales closures are key aspects of the role. The remuneration package includes a fixed salary and variable commission or incentives based on company policy. The working hours for this role are from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. The job location is at B-410, Atria The Business Hub, Sargasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat 382421.
