Job Title Manager – Business Development & Strategic Partnerships (Sports Infrastructure) Position Summary Tirang Sports | Hoppr is looking for a motivated and strategic professional to spearhead our business development and partnership strategy. This role focuses on identifying, approaching, and securing institutional and private collaborators for our Build–Operate–Manage model in sports infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in scaling our presence through impactful partnerships and efficient execution. Primary Responsibilities Proactively identify and build relationships with schools, colleges, and private land/venue owners to expand our network. Deliver persuasive presentations of the Tirang Sports | Hoppr model, emphasizing its infrastructure development benefits and operational advantages. Design and present customized business pitches, strategic proposals, and financial plans to prospective partners. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that support sustainable operations and mutual growth. Lead and support a team of Business Development Executives, setting clear targets and monitoring their achievement. Maintain visibility into the sales pipeline and performance metrics, and share detailed updates with the leadership team. Oversee partner onboarding processes including site inspections and viability assessments. Gain a comprehensive understanding of regional educational and real estate markets to fuel lead generation and partnership opportunities. Required Experience & Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in roles such as business development, institutional sales, or B2B partnerships. A strong network in the educational or real estate sectors, including ties with schools, colleges, or property owners. Preferably from backgrounds like EdTech, coaching institutes, or similar domains involving institutional partnerships. Experience in franchise operations, facility leasing, or infrastructure-related project management is advantageous. Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and deal negotiation capabilities. Willingness and readiness to travel for partner meetings, site visits, and strategic discussions. Passion for sports, education, and infrastructure initiatives at the grassroots level.
