Job Description

As the Manager of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships (Sports Infrastructure) at Tirang Sports | Hoppr, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and forming strategic collaborations. Your main focus will be on expanding our network by establishing relationships with educational institutions, private land/venue owners, and potential partners to support our BuildOperateManage model in sports infrastructure development. Your strategic mindset and proactive approach will be essential in scaling our presence through impactful partnerships and ensuring efficient execution. Your key responsibilities will include proactively identifying and fostering relationships with schools, colleges, and private land/venue owners, delivering compelling presentations about our infrastructure development model, creating customized business pitches and financial plans, negotiating partnership agreements, and leading a team of Business Development Executives to achieve set targets. You will also be responsible for monitoring sales pipeline performance, overseeing partner onboarding processes, and staying informed about regional educational and real estate markets to identify partnership opportunities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3-6 years of experience in business development, institutional sales, or B2B partnerships, with a strong network in the educational or real estate sectors. Previous experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, franchise operations, or infrastructure-related project management would be advantageous. Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a passion for sports, education, and grassroots infrastructure initiatives are essential. You should also be willing to travel for partner meetings, site visits, and strategic discussions. This role offers a salary range of 5-10 LPA (plus variable incentive based on performance) and reports directly to the Founders or Business Head. Key skills for success in this position include team leadership, partnership building, infrastructure knowledge, effective communication, sports industry understanding, and sales management expertise.,
