Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Partner. The primary responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, developing strategies to expand the company's client base, and managing key client relationships. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote IT solutions and services, conducting market research, and ensuring successful contract negotiation and deal closures. The Business Development Partner will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and fostering strong partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong abilities in Leadership Development and Training to effectively oversee business expansion initiatives and mentor team members.
• Proven expertise in Project Management and Consulting to strategize, plan, and execute client-centric projects and solutions in a professional manner.
• Proficiency in Sales with a knack for client engagement, relationship building, and achieving revenue growth targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required to drive business partnerships successfully.
• Previous experience in IT services or software solutions and a deep understanding of the industry is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
