Powered by purposeful ingredients like fermented rice extract, lightweight serums, breathable moisturizers, refreshing face mists, and high-performance SPF 50 sunscreens, Ramaeri helps modern individuals achieve healthy, radiant skin effortlessly — even under environmental and digital stress. ⸻ Role Description: Business Development Partner (Commission-Based | Contract | Pan-India) Ramaeri is expanding its offline footprint across India and is seeking driven Business Development Partners on a commission-only, contract basis. You may operate from any city in India and work within your own regional network. Responsibilities: • Identify and onboard distributors, retailers, salons, and boutique hotels • Drive territory-based expansion through on-ground visits and meetings • Maintain long-term relationships & assist in repeat orders • Track competition, market trends, and new opportunities • Represent the brand during partner visits and local industry events • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution This role offers high independence and unlimited earning potential for people passionate about sales, FMCG, and beauty. ⸻ Compensation Structure (Commission-Based Only) This is a performance-only compensation model. Payouts per successful onboarding: • Distributor: ₹4,000–₹7,000 • Retail Store: ₹300–₹500 • Salon/Hotel: ₹1,500–₹3,000 • Additional % commission on first order value No fixed salary.
