Powered by purposeful ingredients like fermented rice extract, lightweight serums, breathable moisturizers, refreshing face mists, and high-performance SPF 50 sunscreens, Ramaeri helps modern individuals achieve healthy, radiant skin effortlessly — even under environmental and digital stress.⸻Role Description: Business Development Partner (Commission-Based | Contract | Pan-India)Ramaeri is expanding its offline footprint across India and is seeking driven Business Development Partners on a commission-only, contract basis.You may operate from any city in India and work within your own regional network.Responsibilities:• Identify and onboard distributors, retailers, salons, and boutique hotels• Drive territory-based expansion through on-ground visits and meetings• Maintain long-term relationships & assist in repeat orders• Track competition, market trends, and new opportunities• Represent the brand during partner visits and local industry events• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and executionThis role offers high independence and unlimited earning potential for people passionate about sales, FMCG, and beauty.⸻Compensation Structure (Commission-Based Only)This is a performance-only compensation model. Payouts per successful onboarding:• Distributor: ₹4,000–₹7,000• Retail Store: ₹300–₹500• Salon/Hotel: ₹1,500–₹3,000• Additional % commission on first order valueNo fixed salary.
