The Role

We are seeking a Business Development & Operations Intern to support both client acquisition activities and day-to-day operational execution.

The intern will contribute to outreach efforts, research potential clients, coordinate communication, and assist the internal team in maintaining structured workflows.

This role provides end-to-end exposure to business development processes and operational management within a growing services organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research potential companies, industries, and decision-makers aligned with target segments.
  • Initiate structured communication with prospective clients through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Draft and refine outreach messages tailored to different prospect categories.
  • Track outreach activity, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools and internal trackers.
  • Assist in scheduling introductory discussions and maintaining clear communication flow.
  • Support daily operational activities including documentation, record-keeping, and task tracking.
  • Maintain organized logs, data sheets, and updates for ongoing workflows.
  • Assist leadership with preparing summaries, reports, decks, or internal materials.
  • Coordinate schedules, follow-ups, and information exchange between internal teams and external contacts.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and workflow efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple parallel tasks.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email, spreadsheets, and basic productivity tools (training provided).
  • Comfortable initiating structured communication with external contacts.
  • Interest in business development, operations, or client coordination.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
