About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Business Development & Operations Intern to support sales efforts, CRM management, and everyday business operations. You’ll also play a key role in coordinating with various internal teams, including tech, dermatologists, and operations — to ensure smooth execution of tasks and business continuity. Key Responsibilities: • Follow up with inbound and outbound leads via phone and WhatsApp. • Maintain and update lead records in Zoho CRM . • Conduct market research and compile actionable insights. • Assist in creating and posting job listings and coordinating hiring tasks. • Help manage day-to-day operations and communicate internally across departments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams based on changing business needs. Requirements: • Completed a bachelor’s degree or currently in the final year of an undergraduate program • Excellent spoken and written English. • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. • Familiarity with or willingness to learn tools like Zoho CRM , Google Sheets, and Slack • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Available for a minimum of 5 months , full-time. Bonus Points: • Prior experience in sales, CRM management, or startup operations. • Exposure to tech workflows or interest in the telemedicine/skincare space.
