About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Business Development & Operations Intern to support sales efforts, CRM management, and everyday business operations. You’ll also play a key role in coordinating with various internal teams, including tech, dermatologists, and operations — to ensure smooth execution of tasks and business continuity. Key Responsibilities: • Follow up with inbound and outbound leads via phone and WhatsApp. • Maintain and update lead records in Zoho CRM . • Conduct market research and compile actionable insights. • Assist in creating and posting job listings and coordinating hiring tasks. • Help manage day-to-day operations and communicate internally across departments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams based on changing business needs. Requirements: • Completed a bachelor’s degree or currently in the final year of an undergraduate program • Excellent spoken and written English. • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. • Familiarity with or willingness to learn tools like Zoho CRM , Google Sheets, and Slack • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Available for a minimum of 5 months , full-time. Bonus Points: • Prior experience in sales, CRM management, or startup operations. • Exposure to tech workflows or interest in the telemedicine/skincare space. Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Dermatologist to join our team and provide remote telemedicine consultations. As a remote dermatologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating skin conditions through online consultations, including analyzing patient-provided images and conducting video calls. Key Responsibilities: Conduct remote dermatology consultations using telemedicine platforms, including video calls and analyzing patient-provided images. Evaluate and diagnose skin conditions by gathering detailed medical histories and assessing visual evidence. Prescribe appropriate medications and treatment plans based on a thorough analysis of the patient’s skin condition, in line with the company’s guidelines. Provide follow-up care, answer patient questions, and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of consultations. Stay updated with the latest dermatological treatments and telemedicine best practices. Requirements: • MBBS or MD in Dermatology from a prestigious medical college. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in dermatology practice. • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients remotely. • Ability to make accurate diagnoses using visual information and patient medical history. • Comfortable prescribing medications under company guidelines.
