Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive / Associate / Manager

Department: Sales / Business Development

Location: [City / Remote / Hybrid]

Reports To: Business Development Manager / Head of Sales

Experience Required: [0–2 years for Junior | 3–5 years for Mid-level | 5+ for Manager]

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Business Development professional to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support overall growth strategies. This role involves researching market trends, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, research, and cold outreach

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Develop customized proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential customers

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and target outreach

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and sales opportunities

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company

Maintain CRM system with accurate and up-to-date client information

Prepare reports on sales pipeline, client interactions, and growth metrics

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus for senior roles)

Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

Good understanding of the industry or target market (customize based on your company)

Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2B/B2C sales or partnerships

Knowledge of lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

Presentation skills and proposal writing

Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability

Compensation and Benefits:
