Role Overview

Business Development Executive (BDE)


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new areas for

    business expansion

    (channel partners, exclusive associates, or company-owned offices).
  • Conduct

    market research

    to analyze demand, competition, and potential opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners and stakeholders.
  • Work actively with the

    leadership and management team

    to develop and execute expansion strategies.
  • Support in creating presentations, reports, and proposals for business development.
  • Track and report new findings, leads, and opportunities regularly.


Requirements

  • Graduate

    (any stream); MBA or relevant specialization preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience

    in business development, sales, or market research (solar or renewable energy sector preferred).
  • Good understanding of

    solar energy and its products

    .
  • Computer proficiency

    (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools).
  • Strong

    communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

    .
  • Willingness to travel for business development and partner meetings.
