Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate new areas for business expansion (channel partners, exclusive associates, or company-owned offices). Conduct market research to analyze demand, competition, and potential opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners and stakeholders. Work actively with the leadership and management team to develop and execute expansion strategies. Support in creating presentations, reports, and proposals for business development. Cross-functional Collaboration • Partner with functional leaders (Sales, Operations, QA, Finance) to collect requirements, gather feedback, and validate improvements. • Work closely with the Tech Team to align operational tools with broader software architecture, UX standards, and AI initiatives. • Participate in roadmap discussions to prioritize process enhancements and digital features. 4. Reporting & Performance Visibility • Build and maintain dashboards and analytics that measure process efficiency, project progress, and KPI achievement. • Track tool adoption, identify training gaps, and ensure users are following standardized workflows. • Lead monthly leadership meetings, presenting process performance insights and recommending improvements. 5. Change Management & Training • Act as the internal champion for process excellence, driving adoption and continuous learning. • Develop training content and run workshops for field and office teams on new tools or process changes. • Foster a culture of operational discipline and data accuracy across the company.
