Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify and develop new business opportunities for R-Solar. The role involves market research, exploring potential areas for business expansion, evaluating channel partner opportunities, and working closely with leadership on strategic growth plans. Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate new areas for business expansion (channel partners, exclusive associates, or company-owned offices). Conduct market research to analyze demand, competition, and potential opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners and stakeholders. Work actively with the leadership and management team to develop and execute expansion strategies. Support in creating presentations, reports, and proposals for business development. Track and report new findings, leads, and opportunities regularly. Requirements Graduate (any stream); MBA or relevant specialization preferred. 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or market research (solar or renewable energy sector preferred). Good understanding of solar energy and its products . Computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills . Willingness to travel for business development and partner meetings.
