Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role involves sales outreach, solution presentation, proposal management, and closing deals with businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, calls, emails, and networking.
  • Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable Accounting Services
  • Conduct product/service presentations and discussions to clearly communicate solution benefits.
  • Prepare and present proposals/quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and build strong long-term client relationships.
  • Update CRM records, track leads, conversions, and maintain sales reports.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in 

    Business Development / Sales

     (preferably in Accounting Outsourcing Industry USA).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required).
  • Ability to explain Accounting solutions in a simple and business-centric manner.
  • Confidence in conducting client calls, meetings, and demos.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work full-time, in-office with no remote flexibility.

Preferred

  • Experience selling Accounting and Tax Services to clients in USA
  • Understanding of business workflows and digital transformation needs.
  • Experience using CRM tools for sales management.
