Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our frozen foods business by identifying new opportunities, establishing partnerships, and expanding our client base. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to create strategic growth plans and deliver measurable results.


Key Responsibilities


  • Business Growth

    : Identify and pursue new B2B clients in the F&B sector, including distributors, retailers, and food service businesses.
  • Market Analysis

    : Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Relationship Management

    : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy

    : Develop and execute targeted sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiation & Contracting

    : Lead negotiations and close contracts with new clients while ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Product Knowledge

    : Stay up to date on our product offerings and be able to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
  • Collaboration

    : Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of contracts and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analytics

    : Provide regular sales forecasts, performance updates, and strategic insights to management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the frozen foods or food service industry.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales and account management, including the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Knowledge of the frozen food market, including industry trends, challenges, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel
