About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and process-driven Franchise Training Manager to drive the training and onboarding of new franchise partners and their teams. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to brand SOPs and operational standards, driving consistent customer experience across all locations. This role is pivotal in successfully launching new outlets and equipping franchise teams with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new franchise partners and their staff on: Brand standards and SOPs Day-to-day store operations (opening, closing procedures) Customer service best practices Safety and hygiene protocols Oversee training during new outlet launches, ensuring smooth operations from Day 1 Provide hands-on guidance for: Capex maintenance and upkeep of equipment Raw material (RM) storage standards and inventory practices Stock indenting and ordering processes Conduct follow-up visits and refresher training as needed to maintain compliance and performance Coordinate with the operations and supply chain teams to resolve ground-level challenges Develop and maintain training documentation, manuals, and checklists Act as the go-to point of contact for all training-related support to franchise partners Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field Experience in training or operations in QSR, F&B, or retail franchise setups Strong understanding of store-level operations Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Willingness to travel extensively across cities for training and support Show more Show less
