Key Responsibilities

Managing Financial Records

·      Record day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness

·      Maintain general ledgers and assist in preparing financial reports

·      Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections

Reconciliation

Tax Filing and Compliance

·      Support compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

Client Relationship and Management

·      Follow up with clients for outstanding payments in a professional manner

·      Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding account-related matters

Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

·      1–3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance

·      Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks)

·      Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations

·      Attention to detail
