Business Development Manager - Sales, Marketing & Growth Strategy (Immediate Joiners Only!)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to drive sales, marketing initiatives, business growth, and strategic development. The ideal candidate will spearhead revenue generation, forge strategic partnerships, expand market presence, and contribute to overall business strategy in a fast-paced AI and technology environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leads, and partnerships to accelerate company growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and go-to-market plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform business strategy.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to align sales/marketing efforts with AI/ML innovations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and customer retention.
  • Track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as revenue targets, conversion rates, and market share.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
Qualifications (Required):
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel) for performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in tech/SaaS sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Experience in AI/ML, robotics, or technology sectors.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, content, social media LinkedIn) and growth hacking techniques.
  • Familiarity with partnership ecosystems, venture funding, or international markets.
  • MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound).
