Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition through strategic outreach, networking, and channel development.
• Maintain and grow relationships with automobile dealerships, brands, and key decision-makers.
• Identify gaps in the market and collaborate with internal teams to create tailored service solutions.
• Represent WheelKart at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
• Track sales performance, customer feedback, and pipeline metrics using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the digital, operations, and creative teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in business development, preferably in the automobile, digital marketing, or advertising industries.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong understanding of regional markets, especially Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Results-driven with a hands-on approach.
• Familiarity with B2B client servicing and dealer management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience using CRM platforms and lead tracking tools.
• Language fluency in

  Marathi/South Indian language
