The Role

Business Development Manager (BDM)

This is a crucial role for someone who understands the digital agency landscape and is passionate about building lasting B2B partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and connect with potential clients (digital agencies, marketing firms, startups, and freelancers).
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Clearly articulate the value of WeDoo Technologies' white-label services and how they solve challenges for our clients.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the management team to refine sales strategies and improve processes.

Who You Are

  • You have proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role, ideally within the tech, SaaS, or digital marketing industry.
  • You have a strong understanding of the web development process and the digital agency ecosystem.
  • You are an excellent communicator and a skilled negotiator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • You are a self-starter with a track record of successfully closing deals and exceeding targets.
  • You are highly organized and capable of working independently in a on-site or remote setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
