As a Business Development Manager at WeDoo Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client acquisition strategy. You will be tasked with identifying new partnership opportunities with digital agencies, establishing relationships with key decision-makers, and successfully closing deals that directly contribute to our business growth. It is essential that you possess a deep understanding of the digital agency landscape and are enthusiastic about fostering long-lasting B2B partnerships. Your responsibilities will include identifying, researching, and engaging with potential clients such as digital agencies, marketing firms, startups, and freelancers. You will oversee the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach and lead qualification to contract negotiation and finalizing deals. Maintaining a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and effectively communicating the value of WeDoo Technologies" white-label services to address client challenges will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for cultivating strong, enduring relationships with both new and existing partners, meeting and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets, and collaborating with the management team to enhance sales strategies and processes. The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the tech, SaaS, or digital marketing sector. A comprehensive understanding of the web development process and the digital agency ecosystem is crucial. Strong communication skills, adept negotiation abilities, and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential. You should be a self-motivated individual with a history of successfully closing deals and exceeding set targets. Being well-organized and capable of working autonomously in both on-site and remote environments is paramount. Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce is advantageous.
