About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and digital-savvy Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through LinkedIn outreach, engagement, and conversion. This role focuses on building relationships with professionals, understanding their career needs, and converting conversations into sales of premium career documentation and personal branding services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients on LinkedIn through strategic outreach.
  • Build meaningful engagement with professionals, job seekers, and decision-makers.
  • Convert qualified inbound and outbound leads into paying customers.
  • Manage LinkedIn inbox conversations, follow-ups, and nurture sequences.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s services to communicate value clearly.
  • Track pipeline progress in CRM and achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Research hiring trends, job markets, and audience personas to refine lead strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize messaging, offers, and conversions.


Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or LinkedIn-based lead generation.
  • Strong written and conversational communication skills.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn as the primary sales channel.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
  • Prior exposure to HR, career services, recruitment, or SaaS sales is an advantage (not mandatory).


Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of personal branding, recruitment platforms, or hiring workflows.
  • Confidence in handling consultations and objection handling.
  • High persistence, ownership mindset, and strong follow-through.
