Role Description

ViSak Financial Services is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager for an on-site role in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will identify potential clients, build business relationships, and focus on generating sales leads and opportunities. The role involves coordinating with internal departments for financial project planning, preparing business proposals, and managing negotiations to successfully close deals. The candidate will also actively contribute to identifying financial products that align with the specific needs of clients and prospecting future business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
• Proficiency in Financial Planning, Project Finance, Banking, Valuation, and Investment Advisory
• Experience with Negotiation, Team Collaboration, and Preparing Presentations
• Knowledge of Banking products, Global Market Expansion Strategies, and Financial Compliance processes
• Demonstrated ability to work on turnkey and international projects
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing client portfolios
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
