Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the company's sales pipeline from India while focusing on the US healthcare market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare sales, experience working with US clients or markets, and a proven ability to generate high-quality leads and build strategic customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the US healthcare market.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers within the healthcare sector.
Generate and nurture leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and industry events.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and sales strategies.
Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Track KPIs and prepare regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities in the US healthcare market.

Requirements

6 plus years of experience in sales development or business development roles.
Prior experience in the healthcare domain is mandatory.
Proven track record of working with or targeting the US market, especially in healthcare.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong understanding of the sales cycle, lead generation tools, and CRM platforms (e. g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional global team.
Experience in selling consulting, custom software development projects, or technology-driven healthcare solutions.
Good to have familiarity with US healthcare systems, payers, providers, and compliance frameworks like HIPAA.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, business, Marketing, or a related field.
