Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the company's sales pipeline from India while focusing on the US healthcare market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare sales, experience working with US clients or markets, and a proven ability to generate high-quality leads and build strategic customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the US healthcare market.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers within the healthcare sector.
  • Generate and nurture leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and sales strategies.
  • Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Track KPIs and prepare regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities in the US healthcare market.

Requirements

  • 6 plus years of experience in sales development or business development roles.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare domain is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of working with or targeting the US market, especially in healthcare.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, lead generation tools, and CRM platforms (e. g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional global team.
  • Experience in selling consulting, custom software development projects, or technology-driven healthcare solutions.
  • Good to have familiarity with US healthcare systems, payers, providers, and compliance frameworks like HIPAA.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, business, Marketing, or a related field.
