Hi , We have an Opportunity for SalesOps Lead Role. Job Description Salesforce Data Management and Administration [Primary] Managing Salesforce data quality, including deduplication and data cleanup. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data. Importing, exporting, and updating large datasets using tools like Data Loader. Managing user roles, profiles, and permissions within Salesforce. Process Optimization [Primary] Designing and refining sales processes to align with business goals. Automating repetitive tasks using workflows, process builder, or Flow. Ensuring alignment between Salesforce processes and company objectives. Reporting and Analytics [Primary] Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance. Monitoring key metrics like pipeline health, win rates, and sales forecasts. Supporting leadership with data-driven decision-making. Salesforce Training and Support [Primary] Onboarding and training sales team members to effectively use Salesforce. Providing ongoing user support and troubleshooting issues. Sharing best practices to enhance user adoption. Sales Technology Integration [Secondary] Integrating Salesforce with other tools like marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot), communication tools, or ERP systems. Managing apps and third-party integrations from the Salesforce AppExchange. Forecasting and Planning [Primary] Assisting in sales forecasting by leveraging Salesforce data. Supporting territory planning and quota assignments. Identifying trends and opportunities to enhance sales strategies. Compliance and Governance [Secondary] Ensuring compliance with data privacy laws and company policies. Managing Salesforce security settings to safeguard data. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams [Primary] Working closely with marketing, customer success, and finance teams to streamline operations. Acting as a liaison between the sales team and technical teams to implement Salesforce updates or new features. System Maintenance and Improvements [Primary] Monitoring system performance and addressing any issues. Managing Salesforce updates and releases to ensure the system is up-to-date. Customizing Salesforce through configuration (e.g., page layouts, fields) and working with developers on advanced customizations when needed. Strategic Support [Secondary] Providing insights to leadership about process improvements and technology adoption. Identifying opportunities for increasing sales productivity through Salesforce enhancements. Other Salesforce related activities [Primary] Perform administrative tasks in Salesforce related to day-to-day business. Define automation and improvement tasks in Salesforce to and work with the Salesforce System Admin and Salesforce Developer to get them delivered. Perform day to day business activities, examples of which are mentioned below but are not limited to these: Data Load OR Data Clean up Changes related to product and its price Report and Dashboard Creation User Creation (onboarding) / Updating (Offboarding) / Permission assignment Salesforce User Training Handle data related issues and work with salesforce developers for whereas bugs and enhancements. Keep an eye on org performance and take actions to maintain it. Duplicate records management Identifying the areas where we have duplicates and identifying the ways they can be resolved and how the sanity can be maintained. Release management for Salesforce features and functionalities Work with all the functions of the client that work on or have any touch points with Salesforce Sandbox account management Integration and app management Accounting and Forecasting Work with the leadership to ensure that the Salesforce system is always up to date with automation and its functional and technical architecture based on changing business needs
