Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and preparing business proposals. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions and manage the end-to-end sales process. The Business Development Manager will also monitor industry trends and competitors to develop strategies that drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Proficiency in market research and analysis
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to prepare and present business proposals
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software solutions
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• Experience in the IT sector is a plus
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
