Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager/ Area Sales Manager / Reginal Manager with a strong background in IT solutions sales. The ideal candidate must come from an SI/IT-based industry and have solid experience handling either enterprise or government clients. The role also requires strong OEM partner connect and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory or vertical (Enterprise/Government) Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure Collaborate with internal teams and OEM partners to create tailored IT solutions Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to align offerings Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets Requirements: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT solutions/services sales for Business Development Manager Minimum 7 years of proven experience in IT solutions/services sales for Area Business Development Manager Minimum 10 years of proven experience in IT solutions/services sales for Business Regional Development Manager Must be from a System Integrator (SI) / IT-based company Strong network and client base in either Government or Enterprise verticals Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Managed Services Excellent connect and working relationship with leading OEMs Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Show more Show less
