Preferred candidate profile

Business Development Manager

• Identify and generate leads through online platforms, market research, and outreach (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn).
  
• Perform detailed market analysis and data mining to target the right clients in AEC and construction industries.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to understand their BIM needs and present tailored solutions.
  
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data and pipeline status.
  
• Drive growth strategies by collaborating with internal teams including design, marketing, and operations.
  
• Represent VANANIR at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to build brand visibility and credibility.
  
• Track KPIs and present business development reports to leadership.

• 25 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or BIM domains.
  
• Proven expertise in lead generation, business research, and B2B relationship management.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
  
• Highly proactive and self-motivated with a passion for sales and innovation in construction tech.
  
• Proficiency in tools for CRM, data scraping, email outreach, and presentation software.
  
• Any graduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.
  
• Candidates located in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad (preferably Madhapur area).
