Preferred candidate profile As a Business Development Manager at VANANIR BIM, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through targeted lead generation and strategic partnerships.Identify and generate leads through online platforms, market research, and outreach (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn). Perform detailed market analysis and data mining to target the right clients in AEC and construction industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to understand their BIM needs and present tailored solutions. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data and pipeline status. Drive growth strategies by collaborating with internal teams including design, marketing, and operations. Represent VANANIR at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to build brand visibility and credibility. Track KPIs and present business development reports to leadership.Perks and benefits 25 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or BIM domains. Proven expertise in lead generation, business research, and B2B relationship management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English. Highly proactive and self-motivated with a passion for sales and innovation in construction tech. Proficiency in tools for CRM, data scraping, email outreach, and presentation software. Any graduate; MBA/PGDM preferred. Candidates located in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad (preferably Madhapur area).
