Job Summary:

Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Client Acquisition:

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the US IT Staffing market—targeting Direct Clients, System Integrators, and MSPs.
  • Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Client Engagement:

  • Understand client hiring needs, engage with hiring managers, and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Account Management:

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by ensuring high-quality service, timely submissions, and successful placements.
  • Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the delivery of qualified candidates as per client requirements.
  • Market Research:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market shifts, and competitor strategies in the US staffing space.
  • Negotiation & Closure:

  • Handle contract negotiations, rate discussions, and close deals with new and existing clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    3+ years of experience

    specifically in

    US IT Staffing business development

    .
  • Proven track record of securing new client accounts and generating consistent revenue.
  • Strong knowledge of US staffing models: C2C, W2, 1099, and H1B-based hiring.
  • Familiarity with

    MSP/VMS models

    and experience working with Tier-1 vendors and Direct Clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in

    US Time Zones

    (EST/PST).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

Preferred:

  • Existing client base or network in the US staffing industry.
  • Ability to generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
