Job Title: Brand Partnership Manager / Creative Sales Representative / BDM Location: Mumbai, India Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 4+ Years Role Overview: We’re looking for a results-driven Brand Partnership Manager to help accelerate our growth in the Indian market. This is an exciting opportunity to drive B2B and B2C sales in the creative services sector, focusing on building strategic partnerships with mid-to-large brands across industries such as FMCG , tech , lifestyle , hospitality , pharma , and more. If you have experience in brand partnerships , sales , and a passion for creative solutions , we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities: Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers (CMOs, Brand Managers, etc.) at mid-to-large brands in B2B and B2C sectors. Pitch creative services including motion design , video content , and other creative solutions , and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborate closely with our creative team to develop tailored proposals , pitch decks, and solutions that meet clients’ needs and goals. Represent All in Motion at industry events and through proactive outreach to generate new business opportunities and raise brand awareness. Create and execute sales strategies to expand our presence across various industries, particularly in FMCG , technology , hospitality , pharma , and other sectors. Ensure strong client relationship management to retain existing accounts and drive upsell opportunities. What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of experience in business development , brand partnerships , or sales , preferably within a creative agency or related field. Proven track record in B2B sales , B2C partnerships , and brand management . Strong network in the marketing and branding ecosystem , including experience working with key industry stakeholders. Familiarity with motion design , video content , and creative services offerings. Highly independent , proactive, and excellent communicator , capable of managing multiple client relationships and sales pipelines simultaneously. Creative and strategic thinker with a strong commercial drive to close high-value deals and generate revenue.
